So spend your days venturing deep into Umbria, Tuscany and the surrounding region. Then come home, gather around the table, and share your adventures. Not for your average tourist. Fondo Le Teglie is meant to be a home, not a vacation spot. It's for people who want to immerse themselves in the Italian culture, history, and landscape. Here, you're a neighbor, not a visitor. The villa rents for 3,500 to 4,000 € a week with the annex renting from 800 to 1,200 € depending on the season.

Casa Las Artes
This single family residence occupies approximately 6,000 square feet. This exceptional home includes a main house with four bedrooms and a casita with an additional bedroom. Located just minutes from downtown Santa Fe, this private destination has been recently renovated by Robert H. Glaze with all new furnishings, appliances, and art in an elegant Southwestern style. The house currently rents for $800 a night during the holidays and $600 a night throughout remainder of the year season. This includes the attached casita. There is no tax required, but there is a $450 cleaning fee for both properties. There is a $100 savings per night and in the required cleaning fee if the casita is not rented.
