A Home Experience

A home travel experience far exceeds a resort or hotel travel experience. Not only are the homes comfortable and intimate, they are the best way to experience the local community and get in touch with the local culture.

You Set the Time

Members are required to contribute two weeks a year to the program, but beyond that you may contribute as few or as many days, weeks or months as you wish. Furthermore, you can change the days you contribute at any time prior to them being booked.

Great Value

Once you become a member of The Weybridge Global Exchange Program, you can travel to your favorite destinations in beautifully appointed homes forever for little cost. The annual Membership cost is often what you would pay to rent a home for just one day, but you can utilize homes in the Collection for weeks at a time for no additional cost.

Second Home Dividends

Even if you visit your second home frequently, it often still sits empty and unused for long periods of time. Take advantage of your home when you aren’t using it, by opening the days you choose to a fellow Collection Member. When a Member visits your home, you earn valuable Weybridge Currency for your next exotic trip.

No Second Home Guilt

Many second home owners feel guilty whenever travel takes them from their cherished vacation home. After a significant financial and time investment it’s natural to want to get as much use out of your second home as possible. Unfortunately, this often leads to foregoing other travel adventures. With the Global Exchange Program your second home investment pays for the ability to explore exciting new destinations when you are not using it

Lifetime Membership

Your Membership is good for a lifetime. Should you ever decide to sell your home, you may roll your Membership into your next second home purchase as long the second home meets The Weybridge Collection standards. You may also transfer your Membership to the next owner who purchases your home (subject to the new Member approval) which may significantly increase the value of your home. You may also pass your Membership down to your children.

Concierge

For a small fee, The Weybridge Collection staff will arrange five star concierge services at many of the properties for all your travel needs.

No Renters

You may be hesitant to rent out your second home, and with good reason. Renters do not always show the same level of respect to your property as you will. But your fellow Members of the Exchange Program will. The Members are all carefully screened and are often good friends with fellow Members. All Members have their valued second home in the Exchange Program just like you. This makes everyone very respectful and appreciative of every home.
