The Weybridge Collection was originally created to acquire or build single family, fractional or shared ownership vacation properties in the United States and in countries around the world. Our goal has been to have a large number of properties in diverse locations that would always offer exchange opportunities for you, our current and future owners, in all of the homes within the Collection

Since the inception of the Collection, a number of homeowners and developers have requested how they could join or be a part of the Collection. In addition, we wanted to be in some markets where fractional ownership will not work legally or will not work due to seasonality issues. We also found that in Europe, with the current exchange rates, prices are not affordable and that to get the type of properties we want, the timeframes to bring a property into the Collection can take up to two years if any building or work is required.

Therefore, we have started The Weybridge Global Exchange Program to immediately add properties to the Collection that will enhance the exchange opportunities for you and our other owners while we are building up the portfolio of fractional projects over the next several years.

We also have properties currently in The Weybridge Collection where the decision has been made to sell them on a wholly-owned basis rather than fractionally. As a sales incentive, we have decided to offer potential buyers of these properties like you a free Membership in the Global Exchange Program with the ability to exchange weeks in the other Collection properties during your ownership period.
